Inspired by my childhood games I used to play growing up in Addis. This photo booklet will take you in a journey of memories of the games you use to play as a kid no matter where you grew up.

Each page will be surprising, exciting and the black and white images will provoke a sense of nostalgia.The photo series focuses on images I have been photographing since 2019 of children playing games in different neighborhoods in Ethiopia.

It is meant to connect us to the games we played growing up and I promise no matter where you’re from you’ll find a game that you probably played as a child.
